The Trade
Concrete is the schedule's anchor — slab pour days drive everything downstream, and a finish crew that doesn't show up on time costs the project weeks. We staff commercial concrete finishers with documented flatwork experience, form carpenters for footings and structural walls, with apprentice support under a finisher lead. Tilt-up construction has been a steady demand sector in Oklahoma for industrial and commercial build-outs.
Typical Roles
Flatwork finishing on commercial slabs — broom finish, hard trowel, stained and polished concrete.
Footing, foundation wall, column, and structural concrete formwork on commercial and industrial projects.
Tilt-up concrete panel casting, bracing, and lift coordination for commercial and industrial construction.
Rebar layout, tying, and placement for slabs, footings, columns, and structural walls.
Form setting, pour day support, vibrator operation, and finish-crew support under journeyman lead.

Questions
Yes. Tilt-up panel pours typically need a finisher crew of 4-8 plus form carpenters during casting. We mobilize the full crew from a single dispatcher, coordinated with your crane and rigging for lift day.
Yes. Architectural finish is a specialty subset — finishers with ACI Flatwork certification and documented experience on polished or stained slabs. Ask specifically for architectural experience on your manpower request.
Our finishers are trained on ACI 306 cold-weather and ACI 305 hot-weather concrete practices. Oklahoma summer and early-winter pours both require active protection — our crews know the difference between a pour that lasts and one that spalls by year three.
