Tulsa Premium Outlets is a premium outdoor retail destination in the Tulsa metro. The electrical scope spanned shell construction through tenant build-out for dozens of retail units, common-area lighting, exterior illumination, parking infrastructure, and integration with the center's broader MEP coordination across a phased construction calendar.
Sustaining 35 journeyman electricians on a single project from shell to final turnover is the part most staffing firms can't do. It requires a deep enough bench to absorb attrition, a tight recruiting pipeline to keep replacements mobilization-ready, and an ops relationship with the EC that handles the inevitable schedule shifts without losing craftsmen to competing jobs. This engagement exercised all three capabilities simultaneously.
