The Cox Business Center is downtown Tulsa's primary convention and events venue. A $55M renovation touched electrical systems, mechanical and HVAC infrastructure, carpentry and finishes, and the full backstage and technical rigging packages that a modern events venue requires. Craftsmen Resources staffed across the electrical, mechanical/HVAC, and carpentry scopes simultaneously.
Multi-trade convention-center work is where staffing agencies usually buckle. Three trades working in the same space means sequencing conflicts, shared access constraints, and a single schedule shift that cascades across everyone. We staffed all three trades from a single point of accountability — one dispatcher coordinating three crews instead of the EC chasing three separate labor vendors.
